So I had a dream last night that I was walking down a street full of vintage shops and Bridget the Midget walks by me. (not really important but funny)
Then I was going into the thrift stores trying on all kinds of clothes, once i had something picked out I would wear it to another thrift store and try on there stuff pick an outfit and so on...finally I chose a pink strapless short 80s prom dress lolll. Then I start walking down the street (bare foot) and I'm walking through a bunch of rain puddles. Finally I'm walking down the street and I see a car with three dudes inside and the driver just happens to be fuckin Danny McBride! He looks at me, looks at the dress, and then down at my wet dirty feet and He asks me "Were are you going" and I say "I haven't thought that far ahead yet." and he says "That's the only acceptable answer to that question" then he gets a jar of vanilla frosting and smears it on both sides of my face and then starts to lick it off. HAHAHA
Then we went in his house to look for a room to get it on in and there were people in every room and all over the place so we didn't do it. THE END

LITTER

"Most of the time it starts at the flea markets or thrift shops where we find the chains and belts, etc. If we find something amazing, the wheels in our heads immediately start turning. We can't wait to get back into the studio and start designing with it. We use the body form to drape and we use each other as models, and just start mixing and matching with what we have."-mackenzie and rachel owners.
*Fun Fact="Our Step Dad was one of the founders of Crocs (the ugly shoes, yes) Its not like we were ever huge die hard fans of Crocs, but we have taken a lot of good out of seeing it become what it is today. Crocs was something new and something people hadn't seen before, and in turn it became a huge success. That has been a really motivating story for us, because we feel like we are trying to do something new as well."

hand made floral crowns and feathered headdresses. These made to order pieces are inspired by "those floaty, long-haired California women of the 60s & 70s" with the "idea of going back to nature, feet in the dirt, sticks in the hair" says designer Chase Cohl. They run $250-600 and are made of the highest quality antique materials.
Ms Cohl, who interned at Nylon magazine and sings for the folk-rocky band Weepaw.

Since MDC's first preview of Ash in August 08, the young English lad has landed a dizzying amount of top editorials along with 2 covers in a mere 4 months. With the the bluest of the blue chip circling the young musician/skateboarder, look for this force of nature to supernova in Spring 2009...
There rarely is a whole lot of buzz surrounding male models period because it is thought that when ever there is a really popular male model he probably serves as some designers bottom boy.
Ash has worked his way from the bottom up fast and NOT in that way. He is Amazing!

- Wanna know why thrift is so damn popular now? Because no one outside of a trust fund baby can afford designer shit these days! Think of this as a poor girls journey across the universe of fashion, you can come on board if you want...just watch your step because there's loads of other crap going on in here too!
